  1. Payment may be by credit card or PayPal on the PayPal secure website.

    We do accept cheque payments but you are advised to preorder to reserve your goods.
    The item(s) will be held for 7 days from the date of cheque order.
    None receipt of cheque payment in that time will result in the goods being offered for sale.

  2. Delivery is by Royal Mail or Carrier.

  3. VAT is charged at the prevailing rate (Currently 15%) unless otherwise specified.

  4. All goods remain the property of AT Imports UK until payment is made in full.

  5. We reserve the right to refuse to supply goods.

  6. Delivery, please allow 7 working days for delivery of Card or PayPal payment.
    Please allow 10 days from date of our receiving Cheque payments.
    Delivery charge will depend on goods ordered.

  7. We can take payment by Visa, Mastercard, Switch, PayPal or by cheque & postal orders.
    For exchange you will need to supply a copy of your receipt. If the goods are found to be defective we will send a replacement within 28 days.

  8. We reserve the right to change any advertised price before you place an order.

  9. All products and services are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time.
    If your order cannot be fulfilled you will be offered an alternative or given a full refund.

  10. Payment will be debited from your account before the dispatch of your purchase.

  11. We request your name and address to enable us to provide you with an efficient after-sales service but we WILL NOT pass your name and address to ANY third parties.

  12. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within fourteen days of the despatch date with your receipt, providing it is unopened.

  13. Goods are not sold on a trial basis.

  14. Claims for damage, non-functionality and mis-shipping must be made within seven days of receipt.

  15. You are responsible for ensuring safe delivery of the returned item.

  16. Reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.

  17. These Terms and Conditions do not affect consumer statutory rights.
